Our Meetings:
We meet monthly from September to May. Everyone is welcome to join us for our meeting. If you are interested in attending, please contact us for the time and location information.
Our meetings include a business meeting immediately followed by a program of interest. In January 2024, our chapter had the pleasure of having a sonar technician come and discuss what it’s like on a ballistics submarine.
The History of the Wyandot Chapter, NSDAR
The Wyandot Chapter, NSDAR, was organized on October 29, 1953. We started with 45 charter members. The organizing regent was Mrs. June Wear Steineger.
The chapter choose the name Wyandot to honor the local Native American tribe, the Wyandots.
